That’s how breakfast is here at Boffenigo, with a variety of options from sweet to salty that will have your mouth watering every morning: different varieties of fresh bread, cakes and pies prepared by our in-house bakery, cold meats, cheeses, brioche, fresh jams, fruit tarts, yogurt, cereal, eggs, coffee and cappuccinos, soft drinks, juices, and more. Our chefs are also very attentive to guests with special needs due to food intolerances.

The golden Brunch
From this year, mornings at the Boffenigo become even more special: in addition to our beloved breakfast buffet, full of homemade, fresh and wholesome dishes, we are introducing the new à la carte brunch service, available daily from 8:30 to 12:30. A selection of tasty, colourful and balanced dishes, designed for those who like to take their time and treat themselves to a slow and tasty wake-up call. Even after the buffet closes, you can order light and inviting dishes such as avocado toast with salmon, bagels stuffed in a healthy way, yoghurt bowls with fresh fruit and crunchy toppings, accompanied by freshly squeezed fruit extracts. A delicious way to prolong the pleasure of breakfast and start the day with energy and good humour.
