At the Hotel Boffenigo, you can organise meetings, business gatherings, and small work events in well-equipped and functional spaces. The dedicated staff arrange coffee breaks, lunches, or dinners with tailored menus for you, and also assist in defining team-building activities. The hotel offers two meeting rooms with different characteristics, suitable for private meetings or larger gatherings: the La Rocca room and the Albarè room. In both cases, the necessary technical equipment is always included.
La Rocca Meeting Room
Room suitable for intimate business meetings and private gatherings, with a view of the Rocca di Garda and the lake, and direct access to the terrace. Unique arrangement with a boardroom table for up to 12 people.
Albaré Meeting Room
Spacious and bright meeting room, can accommodate up to 50 people in theatre style. Other setups are also possible (U-shape and classroom), and its location ensures quiet and privacy.
Team Building & Corporate Event Services
In support of meetings, incentives, and corporate events, additional services such as coffee breaks, business lunches, or dinners with dedicated menus can be organised, designed to complement the event programme and provide networking opportunities for participants.
Upon request, it is also possible to incorporate team-building activities in the Lake Garda area, both within the hotel and outside: outdoor experiences, cooking classes, tastings, or aperitifs on the lake, activities that strengthen collaboration and add value to the team and the company.
