The water of the Boffenigo Spring is the result of an extraordinarily long geological journey through the roots of the Alps.
The drops of water that emerge today at Boffenigo first seeped into the Alpine soil when the last glaciers of the Würm glaciation were melting on Monte Baldo, around 10,000 years ago — the very same glaciers that shaped the morainic hills on which the hotel now stands.
It is therefore part of a deep geological cycle, certainly thousands of years old.
The combination of magnesium, known for its muscle-relaxing properties, bicarbonates, with their soothing effect, silica, which gives the skin an immediate and noticeable velvety feel, and CO₂, which supports circulatory stimulation, creates a triple and simultaneous effect on muscles, skin and the overall perception of the body — something rarely found in a single natural water.
